Tour de Moon live festival may be over, but its legacy is not. We have some very exciting Legacy Projects coming up over the next few months, including the Legacy Music Project by OSOM.
OSOM was brought on as artist in residence for the legacy phase of Tour de Moon and will be working on musical works from now till December 2022.
Tour de Moon is using this legacy phase to inspire the next generation of musicians, providing more opportunities for music-making for artists and enabling people to benefit from the therapeutic effects of music.
The first track in the Legacy Music Project, 'How Many’ looks candidly at society with conscious lyricism & piercing melodies inspired by OSOM’s African heritage. A gritty Afro-infused Rap piece, 'How Many' provides a story of life in current times, with struggles faced by many everyday people including the steep cost of living. Heavy loaded with fresh thinking and moving anecdotes, this track provides an insightful, moving listen. Listen to 'How Many' on Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube, iTunes and Audiomac.
