This Policy applies to personal data we may collect from you, or that you provide to us, through or in connection with our Tour De Moon website (the “Website”).   • Personal social media and website URLs (optional);

  • Voice, image or likeness through video submissions (optional)

How we use it

We process this data to evaluate work submissions with a view to awarding bursaries and use such work submissions in relation to the Tour De Moon festival and Festival 2022. 

To the extent this data includes your personal data, we rely upon your prior consent before processing it. You can withdraw your consent by notifying us at any time.

If selected for the bursaries, your data may be shared with Festival 2022 Limited as our Festival Partner who will process your data in line with their Privacy Policy.

How we use it

Consent-based mailing lists

Additionally, if you choose to opt in to receive newsletters, updates and marketing messages from Festival 2022, we will share your data with them for them to make suggestions and recommendations to you about: (i) news and updates relating to Festival 2022, their events, services and content; (ii) events, content and services that may interest you; and (iii) other promotional activity and events they think may be of interest. In such instance, your data will be processed in accordance with their Privacy Policy. 

‘Soft opt-in’ mailing lists

In some instances (such as with some of our existing customers) the law may permit us to process your personal information in order to send information to you by marketing messages that we think is of interest for you on the basis of our legitimate interests, being our legitimate business interests in marketing our activities and promoting the success of our business, events, content, products and services. 2. Your Rights In Relation To Your Personal Data

2.3 You may request deletion of your personal data by sending an e-mail to hello@tourdemoon.com. Please note that some information may remain in our private records after deletion. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your personal data but not in any manner that would identify you personally.
