Penny Day is passionate about immersive technology, and how it can be used to help individuals live without limits. Her current role is Project Delivery Manager for XR Therapeutics, a start-up which uses immersive environments to support both the neurotypical and neurodiverse population living with mental health issues. Penny is a huge advocate for inclusivity and consistently works towards creating a more representative workforce.
