mirrored fatality is queer zenobinary Kapampangan and Pakistani Muslim performance art duo Mango and Samar, sharing their rituals, altars, and medicine through DIT (Do It Together) experimental and healing noise punk. mirrored fatality creates their “cocoon webs'' combining performance art, graphic design, music, spoken word, film, photography, painting, drawing, upcycled garments, anti-imperialist education, and healing justice practice spaces to mobilize a warrior community responding to transnational calls-to-action for mutual aid, land sovereignty, and prison abolition.

mirrored fatality’s intentions for their art is for QTBIPOC to embody their rage and holistic healing to disrupt the isolation from existing in a white supremacist capitalistic apocalyptic world towards collective liberation.

mirrored fatality internationally performs their sonic metamorphosis container, COCOON WEBS: a ferocious affirmation of chaos to harness ancestral power, primal spirit, collective fury, and interconnectedness to our multiverse in a world numbing us with toxic forces. VALE, BIOME(TRICS), BLOOM, UTOPIA, INVALIDATION, REINCARNAGE, and EARTHBODY(S) are restorative anthems to sustain us through the revolution. They have participants cocreate a community altar, coreflect, and colisten together. Each of mirrored fatality’s songs is a tool for participants to ground ancestrally, move through feelings of invalidation, cathartically release remnants imprinted by systemic and intergenerational trauma, and imagine visions towards collective liberation and land justice.

On December 12, 2020, they self-released, recorded, and produced their EP COCOON WEBS featured on Decolonize Punk, Rolling Stone India, and Abolition Is. As farmers and artists, mirrored fatality has completed residencies with Buttermilk Falls Residency, Postcrypt Gallery, EFA Project Space, Dead Bedland, Earthlodge Center for Transformation, Star Route Farm, Esalen Institute. Isis Oasis Sanctuary, AADK Spain, and Calafou.

In 2022, they are working on their debut album, co-directing their film COCOON WEBS, and finding artist and farm residencies across the Earth. In collaboration with Aklasan Records, they are releasing a remastered version of their COCOON WEBS EP and their new singles, “REINCARNAGE” and “VALE” with Get Better Records.
