Fleur Smith an experienced Event Director / Producer & Creative Director, with over  20 years  in the industry. She has worked across multi-million-pound budgets with global brands in varied venues and greenfield spaces such as Bacardi, Levi and Diageo. Fleur has successfully delivered within multiple disciplines of creative design, event production & brand amplification in  67 cities over 55 countries.

Fleur started work in Brixton Academy in the early 90’s in the Box office, progressed up to Events Manager and finished her 6 year stint as Assistant Venue Manager working closely with highly acclaimed agents, promoters and artists such as The Rolling Stones, Radiohead and Prince . 

Through the noughties she was the Production Manager for the 3 year global tour ‘Thirst’ for Heineken and later became the Event Producer for Smirnoff Experience on  the global event series for Diageo in Miami, Moscow, China, Paris and New York. 

More recently Fleur has produced almost all of the international events for Rockcorps, NCS and Apprentice Nation, all projects empowering young people and providing opportunities through volunteering and work placements. The artists have ranged from Lady Gaga in Manchester to Snoop Dogg at Wembley Arena.
