Bio:

Dainty Blast are a feminist theatre company, made up of Chiara Lari, Evie Hargreaves and Tanvi Virmani. All are currently in their final year at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Their work explores what it means to be a woman in the modern world, using their diverse backgrounds and unique experiences. 

Synopsis: 

A New Light, Luminessence (WIP)

All the planets in our solar system have their own strong energies and personalities that have been created and built upon throughout history. However, the moon, a disconnected chunk of Earth, is floating lost, unsure of her own individual identity and purpose. Throughout our story, the moon navigates who she is through conversations with the other planets. Our story ends with her discovering her own identity independent of earth, much like young women discover their identities through life separate from any societal roles or gender norms. But the real question is — what does it take to get there?
